About Odyssey Tours

Odyssey Tours is a female owned sole proprietorship in Prince Edward County, Ontario.

After spending 17 odd years at the same job in the medical field as an MOA I, Judy, decided to move away from the “big city” (Oshawa) to a quieter lifestyle. I began my journey in Prince Edward County by working for a small tour company which used horse and carriage as their form of travel then went on to working at a winery for the summer of 2018. After the season ended I went back to the medical field to work in an optometry office. Almost two years into that decided that the medical field was definitely no longer where I wanted to be. I spent the summer of 2021 working at another winery. In January of 2022 I decided to make a dream come true and start my own business. The idea came while working at the first winery and it was at the “can I really do this” stage for a very long time. Over the summer of 2021 with the help of several other tour operators I decided that, yes, yes indeed I can really do this and thus Odyssey Tours was born. Over the course of 2022 and half of 2023 I worked at my third local winery while running the tour company simultaneously. Now you won’t find me at a winery, but at one of the local long term care residences where I work as a Dietary Aide as well as a driver for URide (please drink responsibly).

I strive to give my clients an informative and fun experience, not just a designated driver. Please see Odyssey’s social media accounts for photos from past tours.
